About Erica Stephenson
Stained glass has been present in Erica Stephenson’s life since early childhood. She observed the long hours her mother put in perfecting the craft at her home studio where she designed and created thousands of sun catchers, nightlights and boxes over 25 years to support her family. Her artistic mother co-owned and ran The Personal Touch in Monterey where she developed quite the fan base and following. You can still find her lovely little pieces of art hanging in the windows of many homes or adorning a side table. In 2000, Erica became her apprentice and began to put into practice the steps she already knew by heart. Erica quickly developed a love for the craft and its endless creative possibilities. Needless to say, she had the best teacher ever. Today, Erica has her own home studio where she concentrates on designing custom windows and panels.
